Job: Branch Manager

SRS has an amazing opportunity with a Houston area HVAC company seeking to immediately hire experienced branch managers to join their team!   Our client offers a professional environment that values their employees and is paying a very competitive salary plus bonuses and full benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Manage independent branch location including inside sales and warehouse personnel
• Develop maximum sales potential through good sales techniques, and knowledge of the company’s products and services
• Apply knowledge of company products/services to efficiently process customer information, and respond to inquiries and complaints in a diplomatic manner
• Build and maintain quality relations with customers and increase volume of sales on a consistent basis through ongoing determination of customer requirements
• Contact customers to meet and surpass sales goals
• Calculate prices, discounts and proposals to meet specific customer requirements in an efficient manner
• Maintains all aspects of inventory control

​Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years branch manager or assistant branch manager experience in HVAC required
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
