The ideal candidate will possess:

· 5+ years legal / executive assistant experience preferably working for a Rainmaker

· The ability to coordinate travel plans

· Prior experience organizing and coordinating client development initiatives

· Exceptional poise dealing with business leaders combined with astute organizational skills

· A conscientious, take ownership type of attitude with the ability to work with some autonomy in a deadline driven environment

· Superb communication skills both verbal and written that include excellent phone etiquette

· The ability to work with a high level of discretion and offer 100% confidentiality

· ·A stable work history and exceptional references
