Local boutique sized firm seeks an experienced, highly motivated legal assistant with strong Plaintiff litigation experience.

A successful candidate will have a professional demeanor and ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of plaintiff personal injury or mass tort experience
  • Strong organizational, communication and computer skills are essential
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and case management software
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite: Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Proven experience working in a structured team environment
  • Prior trial preparation and attendance is a huge plus
  • Experience assisting with preparation for depositions, including expert depositions, obtaining and maintaining medical and billing records
  • Ability to maintain high volume calendar and deadlines
