A well-established Gwinnett County law firm is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to support a busy shareholder with a sophisticated commercial real estate practice. The role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, commercial leasing, development projects, and commercial financing.

What You’ll Do
- Coordinate commercial real estate transactions from contract through closing
- Prepare, organize, and manage closing documents
- Review title commitments, surveys, and due diligence materials
- Coordinate with lenders, title companies, clients, and opposing counsel
- Prepare closing binders and maintain transaction files
- Assist with commercial leases and loan documentation
- Track deadlines and proactively manage multiple active transactions
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience
- Experience handling acquisitions, sales, financing, and commercial development matters
- Strong understanding of title review, surveys, and commercial closing procedures
- Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously with minimal supervision
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
- Professional communication skills and a proactive approach to supporting a busy practice
