Description

This role is designed for a senior-level litigation attorney who is ready to take meaningful ownership of complex catastrophic injury matters and serve as a de facto lead within a growing practice area of the firm.

The Senior Associate will manage cases from early strategy through trial, act as a trusted and consistent point of contact for clients, and lead a small, dedicated paralegal team. The position requires strong judgment, initiative, and written advocacy, with the expectation that the attorney independently moves cases forward and takes personal responsibility for outcomes.

Beyond technical skill, the firm is seeking an attorney who is deeply client-focused, collaborative, and values a professional, respectful, and team-oriented environment. The firm prioritizes quality over volume, thoughtful case strategy, and clear communication—both internally and with clients. This attorney will be entrusted with increasing responsibility, contribute to refining internal systems and processes, and play a meaningful role in shaping how this practice area operates and grows.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of personal injury litigation experience
  • Active Georgia bar admission required
  • Strong written communication skills, demonstrated through a submitted writing sample
  • Prior experience supervising or coordinating paralegals or litigation support staff strongly preferred
