A respected Dallas litigation practice is expanding and adding a new attorney to its team. Whether you’re newly licensed or have a few years of experience, the firm is prepared to invest in the right person and provide the training, mentorship, and responsibility needed to accelerate your development.
Compensation & Incentives
- Base salary of $125,000 – $140,000
- Quarterly performance-based bonus program
- Opportunity to earn up to $24,000 annually in additional bonus compensation

What You’ll Gain
This position offers exposure to a broad range of defense litigation matters, including:
- Insurance Defense
- Toxic Tort Litigation
- Premises Liability
- Product Liability
- Complex Civil Litigation
You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery
- Conduct legal research and case analysis
- Participate in depositions and witness preparation
- Attend hearings, mediations, and court proceedings
- Develop litigation strategy alongside experienced attorneys
- Work directly with clients and legal teams
- Build the skills necessary to independently manage cases and client relationships
Who We’re Looking For
- Licensed Texas attorneys or recent Texas Bar passers
- 0-4 years of litigation experience
- Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
- Interest in defense litigation and trial practice
- Self-motivated professionals seeking long-term career growth
- Candidates with experience or exposure to insurance defense, toxic tort, premises liability, or product liability matters are encouraged to apply
- Judicial clerkship experience is a plus
