· MINIMUM of two years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in real estate law
· Paralegal Certificate or a college degree
· Ability to handily review Real Estate documents, leases, and contracts
· Effectively collaborate with our attorneys on various legal documents and perform due diligence for Real Estate transactions
· Communicate easily with departments like finance and operations
· Take ownership of your tasks and manage deadlines, all while juggling multiple projects independently
· Maintain files organized, up-to-date, and CONFIDENTIAL while ensuring easy access for everyone involved
· Fastidiously reviewing legal documents and leases with great diligence.
· Exceptional level of technical savviness that allows you to comfortably use legal research software
· Excellent communication skills are necessary, enabling you to collaborate easily with various departments
· Thrive and not just survive, working independently, and managing your time reasonably in a demanding environment
