Ginnie Blake, JD, MBA, is an Atlanta legal recruiter who leads the Georgia Legal Division for Strategic Recruitment Solutions. She partners with law firms and corporate legal departments throughout Metro Atlanta and across Georgia to recruit attorneys, partners, associates, paralegals, legal assistants, law firm administrators, and other legal professionals. She also helps candidates evaluate legal career opportunities that align with their experience, goals, and preferred work environment.
Before moving into legal recruiting, Ginnie spent more than a decade in law firm human resources, including serving as an HR Director. That experience gives her firsthand insight into law firm hiring, compensation, culture, leadership, and the practical considerations behind a successful placement. She understands that the right legal candidate must offer more than strong credentials; the person must also fit the firm’s practice, team, expectations, and long-term business needs.
Ginnie takes a consultative, relationship-driven approach to attorney recruiting and legal staffing. She works closely with hiring leaders to understand the nuances of each opening and with legal professionals to provide candid guidance throughout the search and interview process. Her goal is to create lasting matches for Atlanta law firms, Georgia legal employers, and the attorneys and legal support professionals they hire.
Ginnie earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law and her MBA from the University of Houston. Her legal education, business training, and law firm HR background allow her to approach legal talent acquisition from both the employer’s and candidate’s perspective.
Outside of work, Ginnie enjoys hiking, bicycling, and live music. A loyal New Orleans Saints fan, she also values time with family and friends and the opportunity to explore new places.
