An established Atlanta-area law firm is seeking a junior associate to join a small civil litigation team. This opportunity is particularly well suited for an attorney who wants to develop as a litigator through a close working relationship with an experienced partner.
The associate will work directly with one partner on a broad range of matters involving commercial and business disputes, real estate litigation, and other complex civil matters. The small-team structure provides significant opportunity for hands-on experience, direct mentorship, and increasing responsibility as the associate develops.
The position is open as the result of advancement within the practice group, creating an opportunity for another junior attorney to grow into the role.
Qualifications
- 0–3 years of litigation experience
- Active Georgia Bar license
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Interest in developing a broad civil litigation practice
- Desire for hands-on experience and direct partner mentorship
Compensation & Expectations
- $100,000–$125,000, depending on experience
- 1,950 annual billable hours
