An established Atlanta-area law firm is seeking a junior associate to join its growing commercial litigation practice. This opportunity offers an early-career attorney exposure to multiple experienced partners, a variety of sophisticated matters, and meaningful client and courtroom experience.
The associate will work on commercial disputes involving contracts, businesses, real estate, employment, and other civil matters. Unlike a role focused on a single partner or narrow practice area, this position provides exposure to different attorneys, matters, and approaches to litigation while the associate develops their own practice.
Qualifications
- 0–3 years of civil litigation experience or demonstrated interest in litigation
- Georgia Bar admission or eligibility for admission
- Strong writing, analytical, and judgment skills
- Interest in client interaction and courtroom experience
- Desire to develop a long-term commercial litigation practice
