An established Atlanta law firm is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Attorney with 1–5 years of transactional experience to join its commercial real estate practice.
This is an opportunity to work on a variety of sophisticated real estate transactions in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. The role offers meaningful responsibility and direct involvement in deals from contract through closing.
Responsibilities:
• Advise clients on commercial real estate transactions, including multi-family, office, and retail properties
• Draft, negotiate, and review purchase agreements, leases, financing documents, and closing materials
• Conduct legal due diligence and manage transaction closings
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Collaborate with attorneys and transaction teams to move matters efficiently
Qualifications:
• 1–5 years of commercial real estate transactional experience
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Active Georgia Bar license
• J.D. from an accredited law school
