An Atlanta plaintiff litigation firm is seeking an associate with approximately 2–3 years of litigation experience, ideally in insurance defense with exposure to first-party property damage claims.
If you understand how insurers evaluate and defend claims and have considered bringing that experience to the policyholder’s side, this is an opportunity to put that knowledge to work for people navigating property losses and serious disruptions to their lives.
The practice includes first-party property insurance disputes and non-auto personal injury matters, including premises liability and slip-and-fall cases.
What you’ll bring:
- A foundation in litigation, with strong research, writing, and case preparation skills.
- Experience with first-party property damage insurance claims, preferably on the defense side.
- Sound judgment, empathy, and a commitment to keeping clients informed and supported.
- An interest in building a plaintiff practice focused on meaningful advocacy.
