As an Associate Attorney, you will work closely with senior attorneys on complex estate and trust litigation, administration, and advisory matters. The role offers meaningful responsibility, direct client interaction, and exposure to nuanced legal and financial issues involving fiduciaries, beneficiaries, and contested estates.

The Role

  • Represent plaintiffs in complex probate, trust, and fiduciary litigation
  • Assist in all phases of estate and trust disputes, from strategy through resolution
  • Apply accounting, tax, and financial principles to sophisticated legal issues
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
  • Communicate confidently with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts
  • Exercise sound judgment in matters involving discretion, sensitivity, and trust

The Ideal Candidate

  • Licensed to practice law in Georgia
  • Juris Doctor from an accredited law school (minimum 3.0 GPA)
  • Background in accounting, finance, business, or taxation
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and service-driven

Preferred Experience

  • Prior trust and estate litigation or administration experience
  • Experience representing fiduciaries or beneficiaries in contested matters
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Taxation
