We’re partnering with a respected regional law firm to find a talented Business Development Manager for their Atlanta office. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys building meaningful relationships that drive strategic growth.
In this role, you’ll work closely with the firm’s leadership, attorneys, and a sharp marketing team to bring business plans to life—coaching lawyers on client development, managing pitches and proposals, planning events, and uncovering opportunities to cross-sell services across practice areas.
The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of BD or marketing experience in a law firm or professional services setting, knows how to manage multiple priorities, and communicates with clarity and confidence. You’ll need to be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable navigating the fast pace of a high-performing team.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead BD projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with attorneys to develop business plans and client strategies
- Draft pitches, proposals, and tailored marketing materials
- Track and analyze marketing ROI and engagement efforts
- Identify media, sponsorship, and PR opportunities
- Represent the firm at client-focused events and in the community
This role reports directly to the Chief Marketing & Business Development Officer and offers the chance to make a visible impact.
