Description

SRS is seeking a proactive and persuasive Business Development Representative to support our team of legal recruiters by setting up initial discovery calls with potential decision-makers. This is a 1099 contractor role ideal for someone who thrives on outreach and opening doors to conversation by phone.

What you will do:

  • Call in and identify and engage potential clients
  • Qualify and set introductory meetings
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and follow-up
  • Collaborate with team to refine message and targeting strategies
  • Represent the SRS brand with professionalism and integrity

What you must have:

  • Proven experience in business development or lead generation by phone
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with high-volume, phone cold outreach
  • Self-motivated, organized, results-driven
