SRS is seeking a proactive and persuasive Business Development Representative to support our team of legal recruiters by setting up initial discovery calls with potential decision-makers. This is a 1099 contractor role ideal for someone who thrives on outreach and opening doors to conversation by phone.
What you will do:
- Call in and identify and engage potential clients
- Qualify and set introductory meetings
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and follow-up
- Collaborate with team to refine message and targeting strategies
- Represent the SRS brand with professionalism and integrity
What you must have:
- Proven experience in business development or lead generation by phone
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with high-volume, phone cold outreach
