As a vital member of the litigation team, you will handle a variety of responsibilities ranging from drafting intricate motions and reviewing databases to taking depositions, representing clients in court, and coordinating strategies with colleagues. Must have a willingness to participate in conferences, depositions, court hearings, and other proceedings as needed
Required Skills:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proven experience taking depositions and appearing in court
- Ability to draft and respond to discovery, pleadings, and motions
- Effective client communication and strategy development
- Team-oriented mindset with delegation and supervision skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in employment law or related practice areas
- Familiarity with trial preparation and courtroom procedures
- Advanced legal research and database review skills
Education and Experience:
- Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- At least 2 years of litigation experience, especially in Commercial Litigation or Labor & Employment
- Active license to practice law in Georgia, with a valid Georgia bar exam pass
