The primary responsibilities of the Commercial Real Estate Attorney include, but are not limited to the following:
Responsibilities
- Advising clients on a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including, but not limited to, multi-family, office, and commercial retail properties.
- Drafting/negotiating/reviewing commercial real estate contracts, closing documents, leases, and related financing documentation.
- Managing transaction closings and performing legal due diligence.
- Building and maintaining productive working relationships with clients.
Qualifications
- 1 to 5 years of complex commercial real estate transaction experience.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Must have passed the Georgia bar exam and be licensed in Georgia.
- Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree required from an accredited law school.
