The associate will handle a variety of commercial and residential construction matters, including construction defect claims, contract disputes, and other construction-related litigation. Qualifications
- 1+ year of litigation experience
- Construction defect or construction litigation experience strongly preferred
- Active Georgia Bar license
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters and litigation deadlines
- Interest in developing a long-term construction litigation practice
