The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience handling insurance defense or related civil litigation matters, including taking depositions, attending hearings, managing discovery, and assisting with case strategy
• Active licensure in both Mississippi and Louisiana, in good standing
• Strong billing experience and an understanding of insurance carrier reporting requirements
• Impeccable legal writing, research, and analytical skills
• A solid academic background
• Exceptional client interaction skills and a strong commitment to providing responsive, high-quality service
• The ability to independently manage cases, deadlines, and competing priorities
• A stable work history & references with a proven track record of professional success
