What You’ll Do:
- Draft and manage pleadings, discovery requests/responses, and correspondence
- Organize and maintain litigation files and case calendars
- Prepare exhibits and trial materials; assist with trial prep
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and medical providers
- File documents electronically and track deadlines across jurisdictions
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 10 years of litigation experience on the plaintiff’s side
- Strong writing, organizational, and case management skills
- A proactive mindset and commitment to delivering quality work
- Familiarity with e-filing systems and discovery platforms
