- Have prior workers’ comp and/or plaintiff litigation experience
- Make a professional presentation and have a “make it happen” type of persona
- Enjoy working as a contributing member of a litigation team
- Have paralegal certification (although noncertified paralegals with prior relevant experience are highly encouraged to apply)
- Have strong billing skills
