We’re hiring a trial-ready attorney to take full ownership of a 40–60 case docket and drive cases to resolution or trial without micromanagement.
You will manage cases end-to-end, build value, and push outcomes on complex matters, including catastrophic injury and trucking cases. You’re expected to anticipate, execute, and deliver—not wait for instructions.
What we need:
- 3–11 years of litigation experience (5–7 ideal)
- Ability to independently run a full docket
- Strong litigation instincts and attention to detail
- Experience with high-value cases; trucking preferred
- Familiarity with evolving laws, including Chapter 72
- Comfort with technology (Filevine required mindset)
