We’re partnering with a fantastic law firm to find a talented Labor & Employment Attorney who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on complex employment matters while enjoying flexibility and growth.
What You’ll Do
- Advise clients on employment law issues including discrimination, harassment, wage & hour, and termination.
- Represent clients in litigation, arbitration, and administrative proceedings.
- Draft and review employment agreements, policies, and compliance documents.
- Conduct internal investigations and provide strategic counsel on labor relations.
- Stay current on federal and Tennessee labor laws to ensure client compliance.
What We’re Looking For
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active Tennessee Bar license
- 2–5 years of labor & employment law experience
- Strong litigation, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
Bonus Skills
- Experience with EEOC, ADA, FMLA, and NLRA matters
- Public and private sector experience a plus
