  • 2+ years legal secretarial or paralegal experience in a defense firm environment
  • Experience dealing with high profile business leaders combined with astute gate keeping skills
  • Possess a take charge attitude with the ability to work with a great deal of autonomy in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
  • Superb communication skills both verbal and written that include excellent phone etiquette
  • Stable work history and exceptional references
