This role will help support a variety of IT platforms to support overall company IT systems.  Our client offers a competitive compensation program, friendly corporate culture, and casual work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the company operating systems platforms
• Troubleshoot communication & system issues
• Monitor active server infrastructure
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on systems
• Execute sensitive data backup and restoration procedures
• Document all technical procedures and user guides

Qualifications:

• Associate degree required BA preferred
• Ability to evaluate software systems
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Local travel required, occasional overnight travel
• Physical and background checks required
