Job: *System Adminstrator*

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Design, maintenance, monitor and troubleshoot all infrastructure related systems, devices, and applications
• Self-managed and utilize independent judgement when working on projects and day-to-day tasks
• Participate and lead technical projects that align with business objectives
• Maintain documentation of all infrastructure systems and actively contribute to knowledge base
• Maintain and refine processes and procedures
• Work with management and other team members on various projects as required
• Provide outstanding customer service to the business and end users

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT related field AND 3 years of Systems Admin experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills
• Communicate and explain technical issues to non-technical end users
• Present professional work appearance
